William McConnell, along with with Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will present on his 2009 State of the Construction & Surety Industry Report for the Central States Surety Association’s Fourth Annual Luncheon and Golf Outing in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
John E. Sebastian of Hinshaw will also be presenting along on July 15th with Mr. McConnell on Tips in Handling a Contractor Bankruptcy.
Mr. McConnell has been invited to speak for several Surety Associations and Surety Providers since the release of his report earlier this year including The Cincinnati Insurance Company and Merchants Underwriting.
