Compass Project Management, LLC. joined VERTEX to expand Owner’s Project Management services. Compliance Environmental International (CEI) joined VERTEX to expand services to the Healthcare industry.

VERTEX celebrates 25 years in business. Xpera Group joined VERTEX to expand our Construction, Forensics, and Quality Assurance services on the West Coast.

VERTEX forms Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.
Lockwood, Kessler & Bartlett, Inc. (LKB) joins VERTEX to expand our Engineering Design and Construction services on the East Coast. Wind Point Partners invests in VERTEX. As a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, Wind Point partners with top caliber, middle market businesses, with a clear path to value creation.

Neptune Fire Protection Engineering LLC of Jacksonville Beach, Florida joins VERTEX to expand our Engineering and construction management specialties as well as our forensics solutions.

Fulcrum joins VERTEX expanding our organization’s suite of construction consulting solutions and augments North American presence.

Breakwater Forensics joined VERTEX is July 2023. Breakwater’s areas of expertise include commercial damages, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, business valuations, government contracts, construction contract claims (delay and disruption), intellectual property and insurance. As of December 2023, Breakwater was fully integrated with VERTEX, offering expert and forensic services globally. VERTEX acquires TriLogix Consulting, LLC to expand our construction project controls services. TriLogix is a highly respected construction claims, scheduling, and risk management firm that is based out of New Jersey and offers its services throughout the United States.
