In addition, VERTEX maintains a large single project and aggregate bonding program so, if requested, VERTEX can provide performance and payment guarantees from a triple A-rated bonding company, which is extremely rare in the reconstruction industry.

General Restoration Work

VERTEX performs general restoration work for public and private owners to address architectural, civil, and structural issues on built projects. VERTEX frequently provides this work under stipulated sum, construction management, or design-build contracts.

Mr. Bergeson’s work ethic and skills have brought excellent results in his work. He has been able to successfully manage hundreds of TI jobs on time and within budget over the years.
