Engineering Services

VERTEX provides structural design engineering services for architects, developers, contractors, school districts, municipalities, property management companies, and building owners.  We have extensive experience in all building types including schools, worship buildings, hotels, high-end and multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, office buildings, high-rise buildings, and historic renovation and adaptive reuse, to name a few.

Structural Design -
New Builds

VERTEX provides complete structural engineering services including system selection studies through final design, preparation of CAD contract drawings, preparation of specifications, preliminary cost estimation, shop drawing review, and construction phase services.

Structural Design -
Renovations

VERTEX has completed many projects over the years involving the restoration of buildings over 100 years old. We are comfortable working with and evaluating archaic masonry, steel, concrete and wood structures. These projects often involve adapting the building to a new use and integrating new construction with the old.
