We are currently seeking an energetic Receptionist to join our team in Denver, Colorado!
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for both internal and external incoming calls to our Denver office. The Receptionist is responsible for representing the company in a professional manner to provide value added support to our team.
•Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional, time sensitive, and courteous manner
•Greets and directs visitors to the company with a warm welcome
•Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
•Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
•Assists with other related administrative duties such as document editing, PDF report assembly, data entry assistance photocopying, faxing, and filing
•Maintains safe and clean reception area
•Maintains continuity among work teams by taking role call and documenting and communicating actions
•Contributes to team effort by supporting office staff as necessary
•0-2 years of customer service or related experience
•Four year degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
•Strong customer service focus
•Positive attitude and energetic about taking on new tasks
•Must be able to handle multiple priorities and have the ability to perform under high stress conditions with minimal oversight
•Must have proficiency in computer operations and standard software packages (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe)
•Strong attention to detail
•Spanish or other foreign language skills a plus
