Mr. Bator has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting and insurance services. He has provided consulting services on a variety of of pollution sites, including: petroleum releases, dry-cleaning releases, chemical explosions, truck rollovers, oil and gas pipeline releases, site redevelopment impacts, sedimentation events, and bulk storage facility releases. Mr. Bator has technical experience with a broad range of claims, including multi-million remediations.
Currently, Mr. Bator serves as Vice President of the Environmental Insurance Services group at VERTEX. In this position, Mr. Bator is responsible for managing clients and files across the United States. Additionally, he is responsible for staffing and overseeing client management services to insurance and litigation clients for risk management, claim investigation, remedial investigations/actions, regulatory reporting, cost negotiation/allocation, and closure negotiation.
