Max Elliott
Division Manager, Construction
Max Elliott is Division Manager for VERTEX’s Real Estate Construction Management Group (ReCon) in Texas. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. Based in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area, Mr. Elliott is responsible for the management and leadership of VERTEX’s regional ReCon/construction services teams. His team is comprised of a diverse group of experts from Construction Managers, Forensic Envelop Experts, and Registered Architects (AIA/NCARB), which serve a variety of Clients/stakeholders within the AEC industry. Mr. Elliott’s team is currently servicing and has provided Client services for projects consisting of a Construction Monitoring program of projects totaling over $400 million throughout the region, as well as a number of complex forensic, construction defect, remediation, and completion projects in the area.
Prior to VERTEX, Mr. Elliott worked for multiple large well-respected General Contracting firms in the industry working on projects totaling over $1.3 billion. Since joining VERTEX in 2016 and before joining the ReCon team, Mr. Elliott has managed projects in multiple VERTEX service groups including surety consulting, tenant improvement (TI), and completion contracting. He is a highly diversified Construction Manager with a balanced skill set that excels in managing large challenging projects for a variety of stakeholders within the industry. Mr. Elliott’s diverse background within the industry and the company offer VERTEX’s Clients unique ‘value-add’ solutions that would not otherwise be possible.
