Cipriani Residences is a planned ground-up development of an 84-story mixed-use luxury high-rise tower with a $900MM project budget. This project will include 397 residential units and 4 retail shells that are to be built on the ground and Mezzanine levels. Amenities are generally on Levels 7 and 8 and will include two outdoor pools, a restaurant/bar, private dining rooms, kids room, library, dog run, theater, lounge, spa rooms, steam/sauna, hair & nail salon, changing rooms, fitness center, bike room, outdoor kitchen, golf simulator, pickle ball court, and a speakeasy on the 37th level. The parking garage is Levels 2-5, and also contains bike storage. A valet service will be utilized in conjunction with car stackers. The project is located at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Miami, Florida.
