The 300 unit renovation project in Dallas with began in July 2022 and finished in July 2023. VERTEX provided Industrial Hygiene & Building Sciences for the renovations inside each unit, Community Center and various other Buildings on the property to ensure asbestos abatement procedures were followed in accordance with the Texas Department Safety and Health Services (TDSHS) laws and regulations.
VERTEX was onsite conducting area air sampling and clearance sampling of all abatement containments for the duration of the project. This renovation was conducted in accordance with updating the property to the new building codes for property management. VERTEX coordinated with multiple trades to conduct all abatement work within strict scheduling guidelines and were able to complete the project on time.
