Erin Davies offers 30+ years of HR leadership and management for organizations ranging in size from 15 to 14,000 employees in geographically dispersed locations. Her expertise includes all aspects of HR, from HR team development, guiding management and staff on employee relations matters, learning and development, recruitment, performance management, team effectiveness, organizational development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and policy development. She is also experienced in conflict resolution strategies and formal mediation.
Erin has experience in a variety of industries, including professional consulting services (engineering/environmental, HR, high-tech and security/investigative), non-profit, hospitality, retail, and food services. Most recently, she spent five plus years as Chief Human Potential (HR) Officer for Boston-based engineering/environmental firm, Haley & Aldrich. Prior to joining H&A, Erin ran her own consulting firm, HR Plus Consulting, providing HR expertise and support to a variety of organizations.
