Ms. Kerr works with the Chief Business Development Officer, Corporate Business Development team, Managing Directors and Executive Vice Presidents to develop key performance metric reporting. Her role provides business development accuracy and action item management to support day-to-day business development operations. Ms. Kerr develops reporting to track results of our business program at the operating unit level and as a company. Ms. Kerr works with internal and external resources to facilitate technological improvements for abstracting data more easily by end-users, such as the creation of dashboards. In addition, Ms. Kerr provides training support to internal staff for use of our CRM to drive consistent account management practices across all groups. Ms. Kerr also supports competitor research analysis and M&A target analysis to support executive management with making informed business decisions. Lastly, Ms. Kerr works closely with senior client-facing associates to contribute ideas across business strategy, client campaigns, and the optimal use of technology.
