Mr. Ng has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate due diligence. Since 2002, Mr. Ng has performed over 1,000 Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) of various property types and sizes. These PCAs have been performed under various scopes of work, including ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and various conduit and life insurance company requirements. In recent years, Mr. Ng has also been reviewing PCA reports and mentoring junior staff.
Mr. Ng’s experiences also include handicap accessibility assessments, building envelope assessments, construction progress payment evaluations, forensic investigation, geotechnical engineering, pavement evaluation and design, and construction monitoring.
