Nacole Caputo is a seasoned manager with over 14 years of experience. As an experienced Project Manager, she realizes the importance of client relationships and completing projects on-time and within budget. Ms. Caputo is a Certified Industrial Hygienist who maintains several indoor air quality, lead, and asbestos certificates, including Florida licenses for Asbestos Consultant and Mold Assessor. Her portfolio includes private, commercial, industrial, and government agencies from most industries in the marketplace. Managed and assessed thousands of asbestos and mold/indoor air quality projects throughout her career including a 40+ unit apartment complex, multi-story hotels and commercial buildings, churches, schools (K-12 and universities), single and multi-family residential, and hospital/healthcare facilities. Worked with attorneys on mold loss projects including Section 8a housing and high-end residential properties. Specializing in the competent use of various equipment including viable and non-viable air sampling, velocimeters, comfort parameters, various types of moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras, borescopes, and particle counters.
Notable industrial hygiene projects include noise assessments for industrial clients including railroad, entertainment facilities, and production facilities. Ventilation assessments for correctional facilities. Exposure assessments for various particulates and chemicals for industrial and non-industrial clients including entertainment facilities, correctional facilities, utilities/power generation, welding operations, production facilities, and petroleum terminals.
