Mr. Farley has spent 25 years working in the disaster restoration industry. He has performed, managed, and consulted mitigation, environmental and construction projects across the United States. As an XCT – Xactimate Certified Trainer and credentialed career estimator, Mr. Farley specializes in cost analysis, estimating, restoration techniques and applications, and restoration construction. He also conducts trainings on the Xactimate software for other construction professionals nationwide.
