Todd Kelly

Todd Kelly has over 10 years of experience performing environmental services for a broad range of clients including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), utilities, private corporations and insurance companies. Mr. Kelly’s experience includes projects to investigate potential contamination present at USEPA Superfund sites, former coal gasification facilities, historic oil refineries, inactive and active industrial facilities, military bases, petroleum storage facilities, and commercial facilities.
Mr. Kelly has managed and/or provided oversight for remedial actions undertaken at a variety of sites including former coal gasification facilities, former oil and gasoline storage facilities, and PCB contaminated sites. Mr. Kelly was responsible for interfacing with regulatory officials at regular intervals during remedial activities to ensure that work was being undertaken properly and to complete field actions efficiently.
