Elizabeth Brogan has over 16 years of experience in civil engineering & land development and has a specialized background in grading, drainage, and environmental compliance. She has provided comprehensive civil engineering design services including due diligence, entitlements, site layout, utility design, grading, drainage, erosion control, construction observation, and project management. In addition to civil engineering design experience, Ms. Brogan has over five years of experience in Civil Forensics Services including construction defects, cost to complete, standard of care, insurance claims, surety claims, allocation, and eminent domain. Ms. Brogan is currently working on her Ph.D. with a focus on engineering design in large design-build projects.
