Nathan Donsker’s career has been in Construction Project Management for 19+ years both as Project Manager for a major general contractor and as a Construction Manager as the Owners Representative. He brings experience that has covered a wide variety of industries, including retail, education, real estate, manufacturing, and industrial. He has experience across the life cycle of a project from estimating and bidding process, contract schedules, managing project built-out, risk management, quality control, building and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships.
As part of VERTEX’s Construction Consulting division, the majority of his responsibilities will include monitoring construction projects from conception to completion, reporting on the project’s financial health, construction quality, and the contractor’s compliance with building and safety regulations. Mr. Donsker’s resume includes specialized and highly visible projects with time-sensitive dates, tight budgets and achieving excellence in safety and quality control.
