With over 20 years of experience in building science, sustainable practices, energy management, and construction project management, Scott Riffenburgh brings a wealth of knowledge to nearly every sector of the built environment. Projects he has experience in includes single- and multifamily residential, commercial, institutional, utility, and government facilities.

Scott has a reputation for building consensus and cultivating an understanding of standards of care and best practices among property owners and occupants, facilities management, various governmental agencies, building code officials, contractors, design professionals, lenders, and utility representatives. Mr. Riffenburgh is also a multifamily building owner/operator himself and inspires an integrated perspective when serving his clients.
