Terry Scalzo is a MEP Coordinator/Senior Project Manager in VERTEX’s Construction vertical. His experience includes serving as Owner’s Project Manager (OPM), Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Surety, and conducting cause and origin inspections and investigations on numerous claims relating to heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection as well as general construction issues. Mr. Scalzo previously worked in numerous areas of industry such as: Airports, Government, Prisons, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Industrial, Commercial, and Educational Facilities, to name a few Binghamton University, Albany University, Teachers Collage in NYC, IBM in NY and Vermont, Lourdes Hospital, 375MW Coal fired power plant in Washingtonville, PA.
Mr. Scalzo has served as both skilled labor and management in the fields of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation controls. Mr. Scalzo has also preformed the roles of Foreman, General Foreman, and Project Superintendent, and Project Manager.
