Sr. Building Envelope Architect/Field Inspector

Tom Jenkins is a gifted designer possessing exceptional technical knowledge and brings decades of experience in both practicing and forensic architecture to clients. Having worked on over 50 commercial and residential projects as a project architect or architect of record, his expertise comprises all phases of architectural services.

Mr. Jenkins has practiced forensic architecture since 1988. He has been involved in hundreds of assignments and has performed site investigations on over 5,000 residential units, commercial, medical and office spaces. He has extensive experience in all forensic architecture services, including destructive testing, defect analysis, repair recommendations, mediations, and expert witness testimony.

With the combined experience in both traditional and forensic architecture and over 20 years as an ICC Certified Building Inspector, Mr. Jenkins brings to the table the in-depth expertise for construction consulting. In recent years, he has performed services for numerous multi-family and mixed-use projects and insurance companies have utilized him as a neutral consultant for dispute resolution.
