Daniel Rimmer
Senior Consultant II, Forensics
Daniel Rimmer is a Senior Consultant II with CBBG Group (A Vertex Company), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has over 18 years of experience working within multi-discipline teams on large, complex projects across the UK, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australasia. Daniel is a qualified quantity surveyor with an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Daniel has developed extensive technical and commercial knowledge from experience accumulated when working for both international and domestic clients. Daniel has primarily dealt with standard form contracts such as the FIDIC, JCT and NEC throughout his project experience.
Throughout his time working in dispute resolution, Daniel has worked on International Arbitration proceedings and is experienced in acting as an assistant to the appointed Quantum Expert.
Daniel’s quantum experience includes supporting various disciplined expert witnesses for major international arbitration matters in relation to education facilities, oil and gas, power stations, processing plants and infrastructure.
