Rob Klein’s areas of expertise include Building Diagnostics, Forensic Investigation, Building Envelope Consulting, Property Condition Assessments, Transition Studies, Scope of Work Development, Cost Estimating and Analysis and Construction Management. He has performed extensive infrared investigations, moisture surveys, invasive investigations and water testing. His project experience includes Expert Testimony, Construction Litigation Support, Developer/Association Transition for Government and general commercial, industrial and residential clients. Mr. Klein is a licensed Building Sub Code Official and Construction Official in the State of New Jersey, with High Rise/Hazardous, Industrial/Commercial, Residential; and Mechanical (one and two family) endorsements. Mr. Klein is also a Certified Professional Estimator by the American Society of Professional Estimators, a Certified EIFS Inspector by the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry, and a Certified Level I Thermographer by the Infrared Training Center.
