Regional Vice President, Remediation
Joe Dultz has worked in the environmental field since 1989 and as an environmental consultant since 1991. He has been involved in the management of underground storage tank (UST) closures and installations, soil and groundwater investigation and remediation, vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation, regulatory negotiations, construction management, building decontamination and decommissioning, characterization and disposal of contaminated soil, environmental due diligence, real property transfer, stormwater permitting and consulting, and the daily operation of industrial wastewater treatment systems. He has directed numerous projects involving site investigation and remediation of contaminated industrial sites including dozens of projects in New Jersey dealing with the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA).
Mr. Dultz has extensive experience in hazardous and non-hazardous disposal techniques as well as a thorough knowledge of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut regulations regarding UST compliance, closure, and remediation.
As Vice President, Mr. Dultz is responsible for document review, quality control, development of remediation strategies, serving as the liaison between clients, contractors and regulatory agencies, project management and client management.
