Paul Rodusky has more than 25 years of experience including due diligence assessments, Municipal Setting Designations (MSDs), landfill studies, subsurface investigations, site characterizations, soil excavation and remediation, and Affected Property Assessments. Mr. Rodusky has a successful history of achieving No Further Action (NFA) status or Certificates of Completion (COCs) from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TCEQ’s) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST), and Innocent Owner/Operator Programs. Mr. Rodusky serves as Division Manager for Vertex’s Texas Remediation Operations and will be a contributor to site investigation, regulatory navigation, Texas Professional Geologist of record, and will take the Project Management lead on this project.
