VERTEX performed a Phase I Environmental Assessment, an Asbestos Inspection, asbestos abatement work practice observations and on-site project administration. The property consisted of five parcels of land totaling approximately 1.16 acres with four existing buildings having various dates of construction. Asbestos-Containing Materials were identified, and a project work scope was assigned to VERTEX.
VERTEX compiled specifications strictly adhering to both state and federal regulations pertaining to the removal of asbestos-containing materials. Site services were provided for all services prior to, during, and after the asbestos abatement work. VERTEX conducted pre-bid meetings, ongoing project meeting, on-site air quality monitoring, contractor project management and code compliance, and clearance observations.
