Kurt JensenP.E., AIA

Senior Forensic Architect, Forensics

Mr. Jensen is an Architect with a wide range of experience from design, to code enforcement, civil engineering, construction and forensic / litigation. His professional career started with residential and commercial development which included all phases of the project development. This work was followed up with varied work in multiple Architectural firms and then design / permit work for first a regional homebuilder then a national home builder. A period of time was then spent doing municipal zoning / code enforcement while employed by a large regional Municipal Engineering firm. Mr. Jensen started his professional career as an expert by first performing opinion work for insurance claims in the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy. A move to a growing engineering / architecture firm soon followed and Mr. Jensen spent 7 years performing inspections, construction claims and invasive investigations on a wide mix of architectural types in multiple states. This base of work included a multitude cases that involved litigation, mediation, arbitration as well as testimony and in depth document review. This work is supported by Architectural licenses in multiple states, a Thermographer certification, code enforcement certificates as well as scaffold and aerial lift certifications.
