Ketan is a Director with over 18 years’ international experience leading major and complex claims and construction projects across USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. Proven expertise in delay analysis, claims management, and schedule assurance. Ketan also worked across various Delay in Start-Up (DSU)/ Advanced Loss of Profit (ALOP), Business Interruption (BI), and Property Damage (PD) insurance claims. Strong background in forensic delay analysis, planning leadership, and risk management on large-scale capital programmes. He advises clients across the globe on the quantification of delays in complex disputes. His focus is delivering delay analysis in clear and concise conclusions to be relied upon by clients, Insurers, contractors, courts and other stakeholders.

Ketan has held senior roles within global delay expert advisory consultancies, advising clients in construction disputes on matters of delay and disruption. Key activities include schedule evaluation, risk management, EOT assessments, compensation events, productivity analysis, time impact analysis, critical path scheduling and acceleration. Outputs included working with time and cost experts in the preparation and provision of expert testimony for the purpose of adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation, formal contract negotiations and hearings on complex, high-value construction projects worldwide.
