Dan Herbst has over 20 years of experience in CPM scheduling, Construction Claims Avoidance and Resolution, and Schedule Auditing.
Dan has developed detailed schedules for CMs, GCs, and subcontractors; prepared integrated master program schedules; and provided schedule audits of contractor schedules for Owners and Developers. Dan has also provided support in the preparation of schedule delay claims and has trained clients in P6 scheduling software.
Project types include: data centers, health care facilities, laboratory buildings, universities and schools, hi-rise office building, residential and retail buildings, sports facilities, hotels, and transportations facilities.
