Kaelan Nagle is a Managing Director in Vertex’s Data-Driven Disputes and Analytics practice. He has spent more than a decade assisting healthcare organizations and their legal counsel to resolve disputes, respond to investigations, and quantify exposure through rigorous analysis of large-scale data. He leads multidisciplinary teams that bring together data professionals, industry specialists, and counsel to deliver high-quality, defensible analyses.
Kaelan has extensive experience supporting healthcare payers, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, and national law firms. He is regularly engaged in reimbursement disputes, claims processing and adjudication issues, contract interpretation, class actions, and regulatory inquiries. He develops claims-based methodologies and damages models that counsel use in mediation, settlement discussions, arbitration, litigation, and regulatory proceedings. Kaelan also supports the preparation of expert reports and depositions and advises counsel on case strategy.
