Vertex was retained as an expert for a general contractor to evaluate an Owner’s $5.6M claim for alleged delay and other damages.
In preparation for mediation, Vertex performed a forensic schedule analysis to identify critical path delays on the Project and performed an entitlement review of change orders and scope disputes to determine whether the general contractor was entitled to additional cost and time. Vertex prepared and presented a mediation presentation, and a successful resolution to the matter was achieved.
