Abby performs schedule delay, acceleration, damages, and productivity analyses, including evaluating issues related to contract disputes, breach of contract, delay claims, terminations, cost overruns, and material and labor escalation. She has experience performing Critical Path Method (CPM) analyses to forensically determine the critical path, magnitude and sources of project delay.
Abby assists owners, general contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, engineers, architects, and utilities. She performs schedule and cost analyses on several types of projects including retail buildings, residential buildings, hotels, transportation centers, power plants, academic buildings, and more. Abby has assisted in the preparation of expert and rebuttal reports, testimony, exhibits, and demonstratives, and has provided support during mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial.
