Andrew Brouwer earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with an English minor from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His experience includes USACE project field QC, construction completion, construction failure, damage estimation, project administration, funds control, project scheduling, surety consultation, international contracting, and time impact analysis. Mr. Brouwer recently completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
