Ms. Pratt is a Senior Associate Consultant in VERTEX’s New York City office. She earned her B.A. from Roanoke College and her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Ms. Pratt brings a background in Construction Law and previously practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and general liability defense. Ms. Pratt handled a diverse range of construction disputes for various owners, developers, contractors and sureties. She has extensive knowledge of construction contracts, delay and schedule analysis, damages calculations and liability review.
