Mr. Speer also conducts investigations related to insurance property claims that require Cause & Origin analysis and scopes of work for engineering repairs. Mr. Speer is highly skilled at managing client relations for engineering operations and has a high level of experience and skill investigating at technical presentations to clients and employees on topics such as The Scientific Method in Forensic Investigation, Water Intrusion, Substantial Structural Damage, Earthquake Investigation, Wildfire Smoke Damage Investigation, Mudslides/Mudflow Investigation, Wind Damage, Hail Damage, and Stability Analysis of Structures.
