Emran Rahman is a Senior Consultant specialising in forensic delay analysis, construction disputes and the use of digital tools in the review of complex project information. He supports appointed delay experts in the preparation of independent assessments and expert reports for adjudication and international arbitration.
His work covers critical path analysis, programme and schedule review, delay causation, and the evaluation of contemporaneous evidence. He has supported complex construction and engineering disputes across a range of sectors, including rail and metro, nuclear, oil and gas, aviation, water, residential, commercial and manufacturing projects.
Emran combines his delay analysis experience with a strong interest in AI, automation and data led workflows. He is particularly interested in how AI can be applied to organise large volumes of documentation, identify relevant project records, develop chronologies, and improve the efficiency and clarity of dispute analysis.
His project experience includes major infrastructure and energy schemes, such as metro systems, nuclear power plant works, offshore oil and gas developments, aircraft conversion programmes and flood defence schemes. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
