Erica Massaro-Hales is a Senior Managing Director within the Disputes division, focused on delivering visual communications services to clients. In this role, she consults with trial teams on the identification of key strategies and the use of demonstrative evidence and multimedia technology in federal and state courts around the country.
With 27 years of experience as a trial attorney and litigation consultant, Ms. Massaro-Hales has worked with leading law firms and global corporations in highly regulated industries, leveraging highly effective techniques and designs for all phases of litigation.
Recognized nationally for her work, Ms. Massaro-Hales has extensive experience in matters involving antitrust, contracts, employment and labor disputes, environmental issues, insurance coverage, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, securities, toxic torts and white-collar crime issues.
