Jeff Christmann

Director of Strategy - Healthcare, Project Advisory

Mr. Christmann has decades of experience in major healthcare facility project management, construction, and operations, and is an integral part of the growth of VERTEX’s healthcare service offerings. Over his career, Jeff has been responsible for overseeing approximately 40M SF of new hospital construction, renovation, and expansion, totaling over $32.5B in project budget. His resume features many of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. and spans the full range of facility types, from rural critical access hospitals to massive, multi-disciplinary medical center campuses.

Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer at ADAMS Management Services, prior to VERTEX acquiring the firm in 2025. Under his leadership, ADAMS expanded exponentially in revenue, employee head count, and geographic reach.

Before joining ADAMS, Jeff served as Vice President for Healthcare at McCarthy in Dallas, Texas, and Vice President at GE Johnson Construction Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jeff holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is ASHE construction certified.
