Ms. Christensen brings over 19 years of experience in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase I Environmental Due Diligence. Throughout her career, she has participated in more than thousands of projects across 48 U.S. States and Canada, covering a broad range of asset types including multifamily, commercial, large-scale retail, high-rise office and multifamily, and industrial properties.

As Director of PCAs at VERTEX, Ms. Christensen leads national operations for the firm’s Property Condition Assessment service line. She oversees project execution across all regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in deliverables. Ms. Christensen also manages key client relationships and provides executive oversight for large-scale, multi-site due diligence portfolios.

A core part of Ms. Christensen’s leadership includes strategic staffing and resource management. She oversees the national allocation of PCA personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing of projects across regions while balancing workloads, deadlines, and technical fit. She works closely with regional leads and senior staff to align talent with project demands and supports the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of assessors at all levels.

Her responsibilities include managing national operations, technical leadership and senior technical review of PCA reports, team development and mentorship, client engagement, and national portfolio management. Ms. Christensen has extensive experience conducting and overseeing assessments such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Screens (PCSs), Energy Savings Investigations (ESIs), ESG Assessments, Mold Investigations, and Construction Monitoring. She is also responsible for proposal preparation, scope planning, ADA compliance assessments, cost estimation, capital reserve planning, municipal code research, and data analysis.
