Jesse Freeman PE, LSP

Mr. Freeman is an environmental engineer specializing in hazardous material characterization and remediation technologies. He has extensive experience in conducting due diligence Phase I and II environmental site assessments as well as performing comprehensive assessment and response actions under various state and federal regulatory programs.

Mr. Freeman holds a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University. Mr. Freeman is a registered Professional Engineer, and Licensed Site Professional in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Freeman’s expertise in remedial technology includes nearly 20 years of design, construction, and operation of remedial systems and remedial actions including but not limited to groundwater extraction systems, non-aqueous liquid phase recovery systems, soil vapor extraction (SVE) systems, air sparge (AS) system, in-situ chemical oxidation, biological and enhanced biological remediation, active and passive vapor intrusion mitigation through the use of mechanical systems and vapor barrier., and monitored natural attenuation In, addition Mr. Freeman has designed the monitoring programs and regulatory reports for aforementioned remedial activities.
