Mr. Polovoy is a Managing Director at Vertex. He earned a B.S. in Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland. Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in healthcare transition services, and has managed the transitions associated with capital projects for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, including greenfield hospitals, academic medical centers, outpatient cancer centers, and behavioral health hospitals. He partners successfully with architects, contractors, equipment planners, internal client support teams and clinical and administrative leadership to help achieve project goals. Jonathan assists clients with identifying their transition-related needs and budget upon engagement and helps drive decisions and communications throughout all levels of the client’s organization. Jonathan’s strong communication skills promote collaboration across the project team and the key stakeholders, contributing to efficient facility activations, prepared client staffing, and safe occupancies.
