Kristien Webber

Assistant Vice President, Corporate

Kristien Webber is a senior-level consultant with over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. Career profile combines traditional project management, site characterization, compliance, and remediation consulting services with fifteen years of environmental risk management and liabilities mitigation for the pollution insurance industry. Ms. Webber’s experience includes cost forecasting and allocation analyses, litigation support and settlement negotiation, cause and origin reviews, site assessment and remedy evaluation, contractor procurement and management, cost control and due diligence and compliance monitoring.

Projects worked on most readily for the insurance industry have included evaluating the severity and extent of site impacts (primarily petroleum and chlorinated solvent-impacted properties) and long-term monitoring of investigation and remediation activities, and assessments to understand a potentially responsible party’s level of involvement at properties where numerous parties were named PRPs by the EPA or at properties where contaminant plumes have co-mingled.
