Overview

Michael Buss is a highly accomplished Executive Building Consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning the construction and insurance industries. He began his career focusing on high-end residential construction before transitioning to high-rise concrete restoration.

In 2012, Michael entered the insurance restoration field as an estimator and quickly advanced, becoming an Operations Manager for multiple South Florida locations. This career path has allowed him to develop extensive ability in managing large and complex cases across diverse property types, including his experience on both the construction and claims handling sides of the industry.
Michael’s experience has allowed him the opportunity to provide subject matter expert services to litigated matters across a varying degree of construction related damages and defects.

Mr. Buss has provided clients with property loss consulting services, construction claims consulting services, cost estimation and allocation, surety consulting, and other consulting services on a multitude of projects across the country. His consulting representative experience includes municipalities, multi-family, education, high rise, industrial, builder’s risk, retail, assisted living, high-end residential, and litigation support.
