As Managing Director in the Southwest Region team, I oversee technical execution and client strategy for environmental due diligence, landfill investigation, PFAS assessment, petroleum storage tank (PST/LPST) investigations, and oil and gas regulatory compliance.
A licensed Professional Geologist, I bring deep technical fluency in State and Federal regulatory programs, including the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Innocent Owner/Operator Program (IOP), and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) regulations, as well as Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) frameworks, and TRRP risk-based standards. My work spans regulatory strategy development, brownfield redevelopment, and soil and hydrogeologic investigation, consistently translating technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for clients navigating environmental liability and land reuse decisions.
