Paula has more than 15 years of experience in the management of large-scale projects in infrastructure, oil and gas, transmission lines, power substations, and industrial plants, leading from the offer phase to closure, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Global vision, experience as both a contractor and a client. Paula has also built and led departments from scratch in expanding companies, establishing sustainable and adaptable processes in multicultural contexts.

Paula has extensive experience supporting arbitration and litigation proceedings, working closely with legal counsel and technical experts on matters involving quantum, delay, disruption, and productivity loss. She has contributed to expert analyses and reports in international arbitrations under ICC and ICSID rules, involving complex projects such as desalination and water treatment plants, refineries and oil & gas platform and infrastructure projects across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

Director of International Strategy and Alliances at the Brazilian Institute of Contract Management (IBRACONT), a non-profit organization focused on promoting best practices, global cooperation, and professional certification in contract administration.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and registered as an arbitrator with Arbtrato in Brazil. Also serves as Board Editor of Construction Law International (CLI), the journal of the International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) of the International Bar Association (IBA).
