Forensic Engineer, Claims, Disputes & Forensics

Mr. Stramaglia has over 8 years of experience in structural design engineering and forensic engineering and is a Forensic Engineer for VERTEX’s Forensic Engineering Department in the Chicago/Midwest division. Mr. Stramaglia is responsible for performing site inspections of structures and developing technical reports based on those inspections.

Mr. Stramaglia’s wide range of professional and structural engineering experience includes the design of multiple industrial, commercial, residential and construction-support structures all around the United States. Mr. Stramaglia has professional experience in the design of steel, concrete, and wood structures. Mr. Stramaglia’s design experience includes serving as a responsible engineer in charge as well as a part of a team for the design of new structures and rehabilitation/modification to existing structures. Mr. Stramaglia also has experience with on-site field work and has conducted condition assessments, testing, structural analysis and structural repairs. Mr. Stramaglia has inspected a wide variety of structures for structural adequacy, defects, including collapses, and developed a scope of recommendations and repairs following inspections.
