Professional Experience

Savannah Corran is a Senior Consultant with VERTEX and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Before joining VERTEX full time, Ms. Corran had previously been an intern with the company during her undergraduate program at Carlow University. Ms. Corran has experience in providing financial analysis and forensic accounting services to clients across a diverse range of industries including construction, healthcare, oil and gas, and manufacturing.

Areas of Expertise

Ms. Corran has assisted in the analysis of damages in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, mergers and acquisitions, violations of trade secrets, and breach of contract. She has also provided support to quantify insurance claims, and civil and criminal forensic accounting matters related to fraud and theft claims, partnership disputes and wrongful death.

Additionally, Ms. Corran has assisted a state’s Department of Transportation and Bureau of Equal Opportunity in processing applications for Disadvantaged Business Entities who seek DBE program certification.

Throughout her engagements, Ms. Corran has been responsible for performing detailed data analysis, investigations, records management, document review, and document summary. She has utilized these skills to quantify damage claims for use in Expert Reports and associated workpapers, as well as to prepare Requests for Equitable Adjustments for settlement purposes in the construction industry.

Prior to her career in Consulting, Ms. Corran spent over 4 years as an accounting analyst for a Health Insurance company.
