Serina Burch is the Technical Programs Lead for the Human Resources group and is responsible for assisting with project work authorizations, budgets, timesheets, expense reports, and travel arrangements. Ms. Burch also assists with invoicing, event planning, and overall administrative needs for the Construction Consulting group.
