Shanedria (sHAE) Crawford

Shanedria ‘Shae’ Crawford is the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at The Vertex Companies, and oversees Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards and Recognition, Employee Relations, Compliance, Human Capital Technology and Training. Mrs. Crawford is an accomplished bilingual professional Human Resources Executive offering 20 years of experience in government and private industry, with broad business acumen, strategic vision and organizational development skills. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Human Capital and Diversity & Inclusion.

Prior to VERTEX, Shae worked in HR leadership at global professional services firms such as Berkley Research Group (BRG) and PAE, a global government contractor, and A-T Solutions. From 1999 to 2007, Mrs. Crawford served in the United States Army as a Human Capital Specialist, stationed at Ft. McPherson out of Atlanta, GA as a reservist while attending college until 9/11, when she was forward deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in support of the war. While deployed, Ms. Crawford managed a personnel shop that processed hundreds of thousands of soldiers in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom.

Ms. Crawford obtained her master’s in business administration from Colorado Technical University.
