Walied is a planning/scheduling expert with comprehensive experience in scheduling and project controls, as well as delay analysis and forensic planning. He has provided expert advice and expert witness services to contractors, subcontractors, and project owners on various complex construction projects; ascertaining the facts of delay and demonstrating cause and effect in relation to extension of time claims using a variety of delay analysis methods. In addition, he has extensive experience in providing productivity analysis, assessing delay damages due to lost productivity, and acceleration. Walied has had extensive involvement in numerous major, and mega, projects across various sectors in the construction industry.
