Ms. Fern Glinsky comes to the role of Learning & Development Manager after 20 years of technical experience in environmental consulting. Ms. Fern Glinsky received her undergraduate degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and earned a Master of Science degree in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado Denver. As VERTEX’s Learning & Development Manager, Ms. Fern Glinsky provides training and career coaching services through internal and learning platforms and Universities. Ms. Fern Glinsky developed VERTEX’s EDGE Mentoring Program to Engage, Develop, Guide, and Empower!
Ms. Fern Glinsky is currently involved in developing a variety of internal training programs and learning initiatives. In addition to learning and development, Ms. Fern Glinsky is a member of VERTEX’s AI/Copilot/Automation Committee.
